Foucade, Cabran’s new dessert wineRead moreThe final harvest of Sémillon grapes The last Semillon grapes ripened right until the end of summer 2019, on the red hill overlooking the Ronflon stream in Puget-sur-Argens. It was on a beautiful morning in late September that this very distinctive Cabran variety was harvested for the last time and vinified using a centuries-old technique, a first for our cellars.
