Foucade, Cabran’s new dessert wine
Liveliness and smoothness
This venerable vineyard, planted in 1985, certainly deserved a final tribute. Renaud and his team put their heart and soul into it, seeking the perfect balance between liveliness and smoothness. They found it – or so we believe – in the creation of this dessert wine with its deliciously orange-hued glints.
We recommend enjoying this new vintage with a platter of well-marbled cheeses or a dessert, but without any preconceptions. You can then tell us whether, like a ‘foucade’, this wine is merely a passing fancy or a wonderful sensory adventure…
What is an orange wine?
