Olive oil from the Moulin de Callas: Less than 30 km from Puget-sur-Argens, on the road to Draguignan, lies the pretty village of Callas, surrounded by olive trees and overlooked by the Gorges de Pennafort and the Esterel massif. We have selected a ‘green fruity’ olive oil from there, fresh and aromatic, produced for four generations by the Bérenguier family.

Authentic Cabran honey: this artisanal honey is produced by Christophe Tagliano, a beekeeper from Fréjus whose bees have made their home in the Cabran garrigue. His hives are situated in the shade of a venerable oak tree, at the summit of the famous ‘Vigne Haute’, where they can forage at leisure on broom, thyme and poppies, for example.

Christophe Tagliano does not have a website, but you can meet him at markets all over Provence.

Cabran wine confit: this is produced by La Maison des Confitures, located in Gassin, in the stunning Gulf of St Tropez. Originally a guesthouse in the 1960s, it was the success of the jams served at breakfast that convinced the owners to make it their main business. We now entrust them with a small quantity of our red wine, which they transform into a delicious confit. It pairs wonderfully with cheese and foie gras or can simply be spread on buttered bread.

Terrines: festive meals, gourmet aperitifs and country picnics... Country terrines with porcini mushrooms, wild boar, duck with figs, chorizo and piquillo peppers… These generous terrines are produced by Les Santolines in Gonfaron, another typical Provençal village situated in the Var hinterland.

Spreads: specialities such as tapenade, anchoïade, aubergine caviar and saussùn are produced by L’Oliverie des Baronnies, situated at the foot of Mont Ventoux in the Vaucluse. It is yet another family story that won us over, as much as the quality of their products! Did you know? Tapenade takes its name from ‘tapeno’, which in Provençal means not olive, but caper. A tapenade without capers is therefore an olive purée (which is, in our humble opinion, far less tasty…)

Cabran vinegar: if our memory serves us correctly, our parents never bought a single bottle of vinegar from the supermarket. They would help themselves from the cellar, from the old barrel inherited from our great-grandparents. It is this very same vinegar that we now offer for sale in a charming bottle. A powerful, natural condiment that has been maturing for decades.

All the products available in the Cabran Gourmet Shop have been selected with the utmost care for their taste and the geographical proximity of their place of production, if not directly from the estate itself. The producers and artisans with whom
